I synthesized this complex operational data into three streamlined, daily dashboards presented directly to the CEO, while also modeling emergency sourcing scenarios to ensure we maintained 100% order fulfillment during production delays.

Business Intelligence & Reporting: Engineered and maintained dynamic data visualizations and sales reports utilizing Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Access, providing leadership with clear visibility into national sales trends and conversion metrics.

Strategic Brand Conversion: Identified and executed high-value conversion opportunities for National Accounts. Notably, I successfully modeled the pricing analysis required to transition major clients from competitor products (such as Lysol) to Bunzl's Own Brands, capitalizing on market pricing fluctuations.

Navigating Complex Challenges Successfully

At Signify Lighting, I spearheaded the launch, lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategy for the IoT Lighting MasterConnect portfolio. Operating at the intersection of product, global supply chain, and finance, I navigated complex enterprise systems (SAP, TQ4) and collaborated with cross-functional international teams to seamlessly bring technical products to market. My contributions spanned strategic sales initiatives, inventory management, and operational process improvement:

Go-to-Market & Promotional Strategy: Conceptualized and modeled a strategic 1:1 promotional bundle (Sensor + Driver) across the entire indoor and industrial catalog. I collaborated with IT and Order Management to configure system logic, test voucher codes, and automate pricing to drive OEM adoption and maximize sales volume.

Product Lifecycle Management (PIPO): Led complex Phase-In/Phase-Out (PIPO) initiatives. I successfully managed the inventory burn-down of over 10,000 legacy units (SNS210/211) amidst factory firmware delays, dynamically adjusting demand plans to protect the launch of the new SNS212. I also finalized the RDL portfolio, executing "Intent to Cancel" communications and managing permanent end-of-life (Z4) statuses.

Global Systems Troubleshooting: Acted as the central unblocker between LATAM Supply Chain, Transfer Pricing, and IT. I aggressively resolved complex material extensions, missing ICOS (intercompany standard cost) data, and price corridor blocks, successfully launching products like the SRB Lite in international markets (Canada).

Process Optimization & Documentation: To standardize PM operations, I authored and updated comprehensive internal guidebooks. This included mapping and designing a cross-functional PIPO flowchart to streamline inter-departmental communication for future product transitions.

Cross-Functional Subject Matter Expert: Served as the dedicated technical SME for the MasterConnect line, conducting QA testing for application/web interfaces, developing technical marketing deliverables, and partnering directly with the sales team on client calls to secure new OEM partnerships.

Serving as a testament to delivering exceptional results under stringent retail timelines, I managed the end-to-end commercialization of a new 19-SKU battery-operated product line exclusively for Lowe's. To optimize workflow, I acted as the central communication hub between global manufacturers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that unforeseen manufacturing challenges were met with swift, innovative solutions that protected quality and launch dates. My contributions spanned the entire product lifecycle from data creation to the online retail shelf:

Product Systems & Data Management (PDM): Engineered the complete product data hierarchy within the Product Data Management (PDM) system for all 19 SKUs. I was responsible for model number creation, UPC/I205 code assignment, material breakdowns, gross/net weights, and maintaining the Master Production and Marketing sheets as the absolute single source of truth.

Global Manufacturing & Timeline Coordination: Acted as the primary unblocker between international factories (Yito, Ampco, Topso, Holiton) and internal stakeholders. I tracked and dynamically updated manufacturing schedules, finalized printer selections, and synchronized varied production timelines across diverse categories, from rechargeable motion sconces to Harbor Breeze landscape path lights.

Graphics, Packaging, & Asset Readiness: Led the "Approved for MFG" process by managing the complex Graphics Master Sheet. I secured missing dielines and line art from global factories, reviewed final packaging artwork, integrated instruction sheets, and curated a master portfolio of approved product and lifestyle images.

E-commerce Content Strategy (Lowe's .com): Spearheaded the development of Lowe's online presence by creating tailored A+ Website Content. I authored comprehensive product descriptions and optimized features within strict character limits, while simultaneously providing visual direction to the graphics team for .com asset creation.

Product Lifecycle & Iteration: Championed product quality and iterative improvement by conducting physically inspections with leadership, analyzing customer feedback to present data-driven improvement opportunities, and managing the iterative product change process directly with global engineering teams.

A Journey Through Software Development

Representing a paradigm shift in how we approached teamwork and innovation, my work at SuperFile underscored a deep commitment to collaboration and user-centered design. I spearheaded the development of a cross-platform cybersecurity web application, directing two engineering teams (12 developers in total) through complex feature enhancements. By fostering an environment where creativity flourished, we harnessed the collective insights of our diverse team to craft intuitive, impactful solutions that resonated with our users. Serving as the strategic bridge between the CEO's vision and technical execution, I managed the product roadmap and expertly balanced urgent, high-priority stakeholder requests without derailing core development timelines. My role required a deep blend of Agile leadership and hands-on technical contributions to drive products from conception to deployment:

Agile Leadership & Delivery: Orchestrated the full Agile lifecycle across two concurrent project tracks, leveraging the team's unique strengths. I managed the Jira backlog and facilitated all core ceremonies (refinement, biweekly demos, and monthly retrospectives) to navigate challenges together and ensure continuous delivery.

Product Strategy & Documentation: Authored comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), technical detail sheets, user stories, and strict acceptance criteria to translate the shared vision and CEO requests into actionable engineering tasks.

Technical Prototyping & QA: Bridged the gap between product, design, and engineering by mocking up UI designs directly within browser developer tools using CSS. I also wrote Python prototyping scripts and conducted hands-on unit testing to validate feature functionality.

Operating as a hybrid Technical Product Manager and Lead Engineer, I bridged hands-on, AI-driven development with cross-functional team leadership to integrate a sprawling application network directly into the clinic's OpenEMR backend.

Agile Product Leadership: Directed Replit development teams through a rapid, structured 4-phase rollout—from initial architectural audits and Jira setup to field deployment and final CRM/EMR integration. Managed GitHub pull requests, QA testing against Figma specs, and cTEMS staff training.

Ecosystem Architecture & Integration: Architected the real-time, bidirectional synchronization between TelesHealthNexus (the central clinical workflow overlay), TelesHealthConnect (a SuiteCRM platform integrated with RingCentral), and OpenEMR. This unified infrastructure powered seamless Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM).

AI-Assisted Engineering: Mastered Replit’s prompt-driven environment and OpenAI Codex to accelerate full-stack development, maintain codebase integrity, and build secure API endpoints within a HIPAA-compliant AWS environment (utilizing RDS, EC2, and Firebase authentication).
